I practice Brennan Healing Science, a modality developed by Dr. Barbara Ann Brennan, author of Hands of Light and Light Emerging and founder of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing. Her books explore a new paradigm for healing by making contact with the human energy field or aura.

This energy body surrounding the physical body is known by various names in the mystical teachings of ancient cultures. It holds consciousness, which shapes our experiences and physical reality. The initial session includes information-gathering about your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual history. We will discuss where you are now and your goals for healing. In every session, I will assess the current state of your energy field and follow my spiritual guidance to determine the appropriate energy healing techniques to apply. In addition to hands-on table work, we may use toning, breathing, visualizations or physical movement to achieve the desired results. Since each session presents a unique healing opportunity, no two sessions are exactly the same. Afterward, you may feel rejuvenated, peaceful or you may want to rest.

I have worked with a variety of conditions, including: cancer/chemo support, infertility, back pain, headaches, surgery prep & recovery, stress, anxiety, creativity block, depression, heavy metal detox, relationship challenges, past-life clearing, childhood regression, abuse recovery, addiction recovery, adult children of alcoholics (ACOA), spiritual crisis, ascension support, and twin flames/soulmates.

Quantum physics tells us that all life, all matter is connected, regardless of our limited perceptions of time and space boundaries. Powerful healing energy can be transmitted from a distance and clients often report physical sensations during the healing session. A distant healing session may work best when travel is not possible or with children or animals who may be distracted by an unfamiliar environment.

In a distance healing session, we begin with a telephone conversation and then agree on a time to speak again after the healing is completed. You will be asked to find a comfortable place to relax, free from distractions, while I am working with your energy field. You may wish to rest immediately afterward and save the linear discussion of the healing for later.

I offer individual and group sessions for Reiki I, II and III attunements. Depending on the number of participants and the level of the attunement, the class time will vary from a half-day to a full-day session. Reiki I classes include a brief history of Reiki, the hand positions for self-healing and for healing others, a discussion of healing ethics and four attunements. Reiki II builds on this knowledge and includes the three sacred Reiki II symbols for empowerment, mental/emotional healing and absent/distant healing. Animal healing sessions can be conducted in “person” or long-distance. Animals are very receptive to energy healing and will welcome the opportunity to communicate their concerns. Whether your pet is experiencing pain, illness, surgery, trauma, or behavioral problems, an energy healing session is a wonderful way to return the unconditional love he or she gives you every day.
